Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your member portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as our team processes your return within 5-7 business days.
